Bigger employers

We always separate running of personnel and wages from book-keeping. These tasks are performed by personnel, wages, and ZUS specialists appointed to a Client. Therefore, we do not limit ourselves only to producing monthly “ordinary” breakdowns with payrolls but we are capable of performing constantly and on an on-going basis other tasks typical for a personnel department.

Apart from keeping the so called personnel files and employee documentation, we advise employers on beneficial forms of employment, we analyse each situation individually, we oversee all duties to be performed accurately.

We deal with all employee-related affairs on an on-going basis and on-line (certificates, leaves, terminations, etc.).

Smaller employers

Comprehensive personnel and wages services are provided to all employers, also the smaller ones. Under provisions of law, the scope of duties stemming from the labour law and other acts in law (State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons [PFRON], Social Benefits Fund [ZFŚS], ZUS) depends on the number of employees, exceeding 20-25 people. We render our services keeping the same high standard as in case of much bigger companies.

These principles become beneficial in the event of any inspections or conflicts. As in case of big companies we allocate a specialist to deal with personnel and wages (as an addition to an accountant already allocated to a Client). Our main task is to safeguard employer’s interests in legal terms.

 

Special provisions

  • work abroad

We have gained vast experience in personnel and wages service of employees delegated to work abroad (as well as foreigners employed in Polish companies).

Depending on the country of delegation, apart from special ZUS and PIT calculation provisions, for the Client, we can take care or give advice on additional obligations imposed on a Polish employer by foreign countries.

  • sector-related conditions

We are capable of meeting additional expectations – but also of utilising additional qualifications of an employer – that stem from sector-related provisions of law.

Transport and work of drivers, seasonality of work in civil engineering or agriculture, and many other special conditions of work do not base only on imposing onerous obligations on a company.

Knowledge of provisions of law and practice in providing services to other enterprises from a given discipline, numerously allowed us to find a satisfactory solution to a problem.

 

Reimbursement of tax (PIT) from abroad

A supplementation of our services for companies is an offer dedicated to employees coming back from abroad.

Under a separate power of attorney we offer help in reimbursing overpaid personal income tax for work in another country or payment of additional performances from foreign public institutions due to an employee.

We-deal

Internal regulations of other countries make payment of such money dependent on an accurately drawn up documentation in the language of a given country – we provide such documents and deal with all required paperwork.
